In a speech given by the chancellor of the exchequer, it was announced that Britain is indeed open for business. In a upbeat speech, George Osbourne made the statement on Wednesday last to the confederation of British Industry (CBI) Osbourne promised  a complete review of business corporation tax aiming to help small and medium sized business and  a review of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) which was welcomed by the delegation.
